Frequently Asked Questions

The Operations tier includes a 14-day free trial with access to all features up to 100 loads per day. No credit card required to start. After the trial period, your account moves to the plan you select, or you can export your data and walk away.

For certified integrations (McLeod PowerBroker, Turvo, AscendTMS), deployment takes 3–5 business days. This includes credential configuration, webhook setup, and load event testing. For custom TMS platforms on the Enterprise tier, we budget 2–3 weeks for full integration and acceptance testing.

Your load history and carrier network are treated as proprietary data and are never shared with other HaulCortex customers. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We store all data in US-based data centers (AWS US-East and US-West). On subscription cancellation, your data is exported and deleted within 30 days per your written request.

Yes. You can upgrade your tier at any time — the prorated difference is charged immediately. Downgrade requests take effect at the next billing cycle. There's no lock-in on monthly plans. Annual plan customers can upgrade mid-term; downgrades require waiting until renewal.

Monthly plans have no minimum term — you can cancel at the end of any billing month. Annual plans are paid upfront or in quarterly installments; early termination is prorated with a 10% processing fee. Enterprise contracts are negotiated individually and typically run 12–24 months.
